Hello All,

My aim in joining this forum is in the hope that I
be able to learn and acquire guidance specific to
what this forum is meant, that is on "Satellite".
I am considered fortunate to have found the right
choice for my needs considering that I'm a newbie
in this arena.
Furthermore, to be honest, yes I'm a foreigner and
my nationality ia a Malaysian staying in Kuala Lumpur.
I can speak and write 2 languages. The other is Bahasa
Melayu. My forefathers grassroots came from Sumatra,
a mixed marriage between Mendaling and Rawa.
I DO HOPE I CAN BE ACCEPTED IN THIS FORUM.

May I know, why are you impressed on the freedom of use Satellite technology in Indonesia...
Can you tell me the situation of satellite technology in Malaysia ? Are there any limitation over there ?
For yr info...we are so free here by our own dish to grab or catch any signal above the sky of our home...

Hello all, My name is Ujang Resmi but login name romeo1. I am an English Teacher at Senior High School, but my English is not perfect yet. I love log in this forum because I can get more knowledge about satellite, even I don't have parabola just pay tv Indovision. Since I have joined this forum I found many things here. Most of the memberls like to help each others and I feel happy here. With my English I have traveled part of the world by inviting by my friends. I have visited London and Perth before. I love to compare between the broadcasting in abroud and my country.

Hi...everybody....

this is my first forum satelitte
not really fimiliar with the icon tools....etc

any error ..please ignore......

i'm from perth......currently using c-band -3m sat dish -fta -

i know that in indonesia.....satellite is free.....
and most of the populations there are using satelitte dish....

you'll do have a great knowledge & understanding about satellite
and hopefully i can share the knowledge.....if permitted....
including scramble channels.......

Hi guys and girls good to meet you all.I live in Queensland,Australia and learnt about satellites first when I lived in Yogya.I paid for my setup to receive programmes from Palapa about 10years ago when it carried Australian,French tv as well as Indonesian.Then I got it motorised and discovered tv from around the world.We receive some of the stations on Palapa here but only horizontals,no verticles reach us.Hopefully when Palapa D takes over we'll get more Indonesian stations.See you.

Would you tell me where about in Queensland ? vertical can be view if you located in Central QLD or Northern QLD enough with 2.3 m or 7.5 ft, 10 ft dish recommended.
@Brisbane to get all Indonesia channel you need 3.7 meter dish or 12ft Including Indonesian pay TV Telkom vision
